Yoho National Park

When planning our Banff trip, many people recommended a full two days at Yoho National Park, and I can see why, but since we were short on time, we opted for 4 hours instead.

Emerald Lake

They probably could have named it turquoise lake, but I’ll allow it. There was a super easy hiking trail around the side of the lake, which led to some spectacular lake views.

Meeting of the Rivers

A violent collision of two rivers. So basically, exactly what it says it is!

Wapta Falls

Probably the best waterfall I’ve seen outside of Iceland. The trail to it was pretty slippery but manageable.

If you have 3 to 4 hours to spare, stop by Yoho on the way back from Jasper. You won’t regret it!
