The Packing List: Asheville + The Smokies

It’s been a minute since I’ve gotten to make a packing list. And in that minute, I’ve become very reliant on loungewear. Luckily, a trip featuring breweries and hiking really leans into a casual wardrobe.

With temps ranging from 50s (at night) to 85 (during the day) for my trip to Asheville, I packed a bunch of mix & match layering pieces with a couple nicer dresses to hit the town for dinner. Because our dining reservations are all for outside (gotta stay safe!) I made sure to bring tights and a jacket with me in case it got chilly.

In addition to clothes and the COVID-safety gear, I also packed a handy dandy guide book to help plan hikes and drives.
